We are a team of passionate Australian gamers, journalists, and esports enthusiasts on a mission to deliver the most honest and in-depth gaming coverage in the country.

Our Mission

Arcade Reactor was founded in 2019 by a group of Sydney-based gamers who were frustrated by the lack of honest, Australian-focused gaming coverage. We set out to build a platform that puts the player first — no sponsored scores, no paid placements, no fluff.

Today, we cover hundreds of games per year across all platforms, track every major Australian esports tournament, and maintain a community of over 80,000 monthly readers who trust us to tell them the truth about the games they love.

We believe that great gaming journalism means finishing the games you review, understanding the local gaming landscape, and never compromising your integrity for a press kit.
